“ZL” BRAND ELECTRICAL INSULATING CREPE PAPER (TAPE) FORTRANSFORMER

1.Raw Material

Insulation crease paper is one of the most important solid insulation of the transformer’s oil-paper insulation system, it influence to the quality and life-span of transformer directly. The research results of these years certify that the kind and quality of raw material is a key factor of the product quality. So the material we required is 100% unbleached sulphate conifer wood pulp and it’s DP value should be greater than 1000.
2.Application

The product applies to insulation crease paper, which is used to oil immersion transformer.

3.Specification

Crease insulation paper is continuous paper, it’s width is 500±5mm or 625±5mm, it’s diameter is 550-650mm. Basis weight max 130g/m². MD elongation max 200% or according to the subscriber’s requirements.

4.Explanation

  (a) XBZ expressed: X-1/10 basis weight, B-electrical insulating crepe paper, Z-MD specific elongation.

    (b) Type JP-50, 100 crease insulation paper’s apparent weight, thickness, density, specific elongation, etc will come to term according to the subscriber’s requirement when ordering.

    (c) C type crease insulation paper technical indication for according to the subscriber’s requirements as follows:

    Nitrogen content 1~2%. After aging on condition that the insulation paper is kept by sealing for 168 hours at 150°C, tear strength is not less than 60% or tensile strength is not less than 75%.

  Type JP-50, 100crease insulation paper can be dyed one-sided or both-sided according to the subscriber’s requirements.

5.Appearance

Crease insulation paper should wrinkles uniformly, has no folds, breakages, and has no any impurity, pinhole, water trace and clump. The pruning edges should be orderly and thickness should be uniform.
