The insulating
thermally paper is manufactured from 100% high-quality sulfate
insulating wood pulp under a special process according to
Siemens TUN901156 Standard. This paper is highly refined and
cleaned to ensure uniform thickness and formation. Pinholes,
undispersed fiber bundles and tiny defects, if any, are
minimized to meet the safety requirements in the manufacturing
and applications of transformers and cables. It is heat and
age-resistance insulating grade paper well suited for making
electromagnetic wires of transformers and other electrical
insulating equipments. This paper has stable electrical and
chemical properties, and high physical strength to meet the
exacting needs of our valued customers. The papers are available
in nominal thicknesses from 60um to 105um, and in continuous
rolls up to the widths of 625mm and 960mm (the roll diameter
being 680mm-730mm), or other customized diameter and width per
the purchase contracts.
