4. The sealing problem of the protective cover

Because the working environment of the vibration motor is mostly very bad and heavy dust, if the protective cover is not tightly sealed, it is easy to enter dust, causing the friction operation of the eccentric block, so as to burn the motor. In the bad working environment, one is to increase the seal of the protective cover, and the other is to clean the dust inside the protective cover often.

5. Ambient temperature

Equipment conveying material temperature can not be too high, vibration motor and equipment is rigid connection, can be said to be a whole, if the equipment conveying material temperature is too high, it is very easy to cause vibration motor ground and shell temperature increase, resulting in heat dissipation difficulties, burning motor.

Preventive measures: 
(1)Under the premise of not affecting the work of the equipment, try to keep the vibration motor away from high temperature materials. 
(2)Find ways to reduce the temperature of materials.

6. Heat dissipation problem

One end of the ordinary motor has a fan, so that the wind direction flows along the vertical bar above the casing when working, heat dissipation is fast, but also can remove the dust above, so that the motor works in a good state. Vibration motor due to no fan to heat, all rely on natural cooling, plus the working environment is very bad, dust is relatively large, dust is easy to accumulate on the surface of the motor, resulting in high internal temperature, burning the motor.

Preventive measures: 
(1)Often remove dust on the surface of the motor, so that the motor works under good conditions.
(2)In the design process, the surface of the vibration motor should be as smooth as possible, so that the dust is not easy to accumulate. In the dust environment, it is necessary to consider subtracting the heat dissipation bar on the surface of the chassis. The heat dissipation bar not only can not play the role of heat dissipation, but also easy to make the dust accumulation and hinder the heat dissipation of the motor.
