How to Switch the No-load Voltage Tap Switch of a Transformer?

Switching the no-load voltage tap switch of the transformer must be performed after the transformer is cut off. Safety precautions:

1.The transformer after power failure should do the corresponding safety technical measures, and remove the high voltage side lead.
2.Before switching, the dc resistance of the high voltage winding should be measured and recorded, and before and after the initial test should be discharged.
3.When switching to repeatedly turn the tap switch handle, in order to remove the oxide and oil pollution on the contact head.
4.After switching, the DC resistance of the high voltage winding should be measured again, and compared with the recorded value of the initial test, and the measurement should be discharged before and after.
5.When using the bridge to measure the DC resistance, press the “B” button and lock it. After the charging current is stable, press the “G” button again. After measurement, release the “G” button first, and then release the “B” button.
