1.Winding insulation accident. 
Refers to the insulation accidents caused by the discharge and burning loss of main insulation, turn insulation, section insulation, lead insulation and end insulation.
2.Casing insulation accident. 
Refers to the insulation damage caused by the discharge of insulation inside the casing, or even the explosion of porcelain sleeve.
3.Insulation accident of tap switch. 
It mainly refers to the serious decline in the insulation strength of the switching switch oil room, which can not be extinguished when switching tap, causing the load tap switch to burn.
