What are the Interference Methods of Frequency Converter and How to Deal with Them?

1. Mode of transmission:
(1) Radiation interference;
(2) Conducted interference

2. Anti-interference measures:
For the interference signal transmitted by radiation, it can be weakened by wiring and shielding the radioactive source and the interfered line. For the interference signal transmitted through the line, it is mainly processed by adding filters, reactors or magnetic rings on the input and output sides of the frequency converter.

Specific methods and matters needing attention are as follows:
(1) Signal line and power line should be vertically crossed or slot wiring.
(2) Do not use wires of different metals to connect each other.
(3) Shielding tube (layer) should be reliably grounded, and ensure that the whole length of the continuous reliable grounding.
(4) Twisted pair shielded cable should be used in signal circuit.
(5) The grounding point of the shielding layer should be as far away from the converter as possible, and should be separated from the grounding point of the converter.
(6) The magnetic ring can be used in the input power line and output line of the frequency converter. The specific method is: the input lines are wound 4 times in the same direction, and the output lines are wound 3 times in the same direction. When winding, attention should be paid to the magnetic ring close to the converter as far as possible.
(7) Generally, shielding and other anti-jamming measures can be taken for the equipment and instruments to be disturbed.
