What are the Transformer Lead Failures?

1. The joint is not welded securely or the screws on the joint are not tightened, local overheating or even joint meltdown causes wire breakage.

2. The lead and the fuel tank or lead phase distance is insufficient, may cause a short circuit accident. Sometimes the distance is enough, but fixed is not firm, violent swing when short circuit, also may cause lead short circuit.

3. Transformer oil leakage makes the internal lead in the air, which may also lead to internal flashover phenomenon
