1. Stop operation as soon as possible

2. Thoroughly drain the insulating oil

3. Try to dry the transformer, especially the high voltage winding

4. After thoroughly dry operation, you can add new insulating oil

5. Use the high voltage shaking meter to test the insulation and put it into operation after passing the test
