72.5kV/630A OIP Condenser Bushings

Description

OIP Condenser Bushings are electrical insulation components used in high-voltage transformers and circuit breakers. They provide a means of connecting the high-voltage conductor inside the transformer or circuit breaker to the grounded tank or enclosure.

The OIP bushing consists of a cylindrical porcelain or epoxy resin insulator with a central conductor rod, which is surrounded by layers of insulating paper impregnated with oil. The oil provides additional insulation and helps to dissipate heat generated during normal operation. The bushing is typically mounted on the tank or enclosure of the transformer or circuit breaker using a flange or mounting bracket.

OIP bushings are preferred for their excellent electrical insulation properties and high reliability, and they are commonly used in high-voltage applications.

OIP Condenser Bushings Production Range:

Voltage:  36kV,52kV,72.5kV,126kV,252kV and up 1000kV in two years.

Current: 400A,630A,1250A,2000A,3150A etc

Main Characters:

1、Low-PD(partial discharge):
   PD≤5pC @Um      ;      PD≤10pC @1.5Um

2、Low Power Factor:
   Under voltage 1.05Um/√3        tanδ≤0.40%   Standard≤0.7%

3、Self-owned process of aluminum oil level gauge and flange(Ground tube) manufaturing, nice appearance and fine quality.

4、Test tap:
a、Alumina porcelain will not be damp for reliable insulation.
b、The spring is compressing the earthing devices for reliable
grounding and to avoid misoperation.
c、Entire sealing structure to prevent moisture.

5、The sealing structure of the top part, which is patented, can ensure that even if there is undue stress, minor misoperation, it will not lead to  the dangerous water fault.
